Anabella (bella) Afra Boateng
Anabella (bella) Afra Boateng works with global nonprofits to develop and implement their management, fundraising and communications strategies. Born in Ghana, as a Black woman in a globalized world, her academic and service work has centered on how institutions of power influence the socialization and identity formation of racialized people, specifically Black people. Her first peer-reviewed article Reinstating the Inherent Dignity of Marginalized People in Ghana was published in a special issue of the Journal of interdisciplinary studies in Education (2020). She attained her MA in Educational Leadership and Societal Change at Soka University of America.
