Carlos Navia, a co-host of Aula Divergente, is a Chilean lawyer. He is pursuing a Doctorate in Education from the University of Cambridge and studied a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. He has been a professor in faculties of law and public administration, as well as a consultant for the National Institute of Human Rights (Chile). He coordinates the Education Area of the Equality Institute, preparing proposals within the framework of the current Chilean constitutional process.
