Obafemi Ogunleye
Obafemi Ogunleye is a PhD candidate in the field of Comparative and International Development Education at the University of Minnesota. He has over ten years of experience working with colleges and universities, NGOs, and government agencies on projects related to education at all levels. His research broadly explores the intersection of higher education policy and practice with a focus on strengthening institutional capacities across the African continent and beyond. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies with a concentration in Higher Education Administration and a bachelor’s in International Business. Overall, his mission is to support the development of communities through the improvement of education systems. Outside of his academic work, Obafemi enjoys engaging with diverse forms of arts and culture from gallery exhibitions to stage plays.
